Alarm Instalation Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation of data cabling for a variety of equipment.

• Service and repair of alarms, camera and network equipment.

• Customer Service skills.

Qualifications

• Know how to navigate through smart phones.

• Savy at problem solving and diagnosing network issues involving camera, smart home and internet equipment.

• Knowledge of computer systems i.e. Window’s, Mac and Apple.

• Understand the process of setting up accounts through a third-party service and password resets.

• Ability to communicate issues with third-party tech support and get resolution.

• Valid Drivers License is a must.
